How about your own private gym? My 650 square foot training room in the Ice House Studios, a shared space with The Center Yoga Collective, is your own private fitness getaway. When you partner with me as your Personal Trainer, you can also add limited access to open gym times onto your training package.  ​ We are located in the Ice House across the street from the Farmer's Market and above Pale Fire Brewing. There is plenty of public parking in the Farmer's Market Lot and on S. Liberty Street. To find us, walk up the walkway with Rocktown Kitchen, BoBoKo, then Hugo Khol on your right. Use the door just past Hugo Khol on the right- if you hit Pale Fire, you've gone too far. Come up to the second floor and into my shared lobby of Ice House Studios.   No waiting for equipment, no small talk time eating into your workout, your music on the speaker; just high quality equipment and the work you came to do! ​ There is no other facility or training opportunity like this in Harrisonburg. Dedicated attention from a trainer, custom programing, and total privacy during your workout.
